The AL (Acrylic Lath) ICC-ESR 2701 Waterproof Decking System is the industry-leading Class “A” Fire Resistant System for plywood decks. The system is installed with a series of two cementitious applications over hot dipped galvanized metal lath, stapled to plywood, and bonded with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion.  Then, it is sealed with a 100% acrylic top coat or a decorative overlay system.

Overview: The TC Smooth Cement System is a polymer modified cementitious coating system with an (optional) integral color and a clear top coat. TC smooth overlay is a cost-effective, cementitious and acrylic material formulated to cover existing concrete surfaces. It changes old concrete into a smooth surface that can be decorated with stains or left with a sealer. It is designed to change smooth concrete into a decorative, durable finish. Using Life Specialty Coatings cements, crack patch gel, standard color seal or heat reflective color seal.

Areas of use: Driveways, walkways, patios, courtyards, entryways, interior floors, restaurant floors, showrooms and commercial and residential pool decks.

The MC System is an incredibly flexible cementitious waterproofing system designed for concrete decks. The MC System is a fiber reinforced deck system installed with a series of three to four separate water-based acrylic application. It is bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion sealed with 10 Series, 28 Series heat reflective top coat deck coating or a decorative concrete pattern. Designed for both commercial and residential use, the system also works excellent over the AL System on high rises where movement is greater and more prevalent. With use of an epoxy primer, the MC System also works great over existing concrete systems that have cracked or failed.  The MC System is ideal for areas with heavy traffic and provides excellent coefficient of friction.
